Directors’ duties and responsibilities training

On Sunday 15 th July 2018, the board of directors of ACCA attended a
corporate governance training session at its Surry Hills head office. The
training focused on director’s duties and responsibilities and was
conducted by an external training consultant.
The session lasted for about one hour and served to reinforce ACCA
director’s knowledge of their duties and responsibilities. It is envisaged
that there will be more corporate governance training in the future to
ensure that ACCA’s directors are equipped with the relevant knowledge
and experience to meet the challenges ahead.
