Councillor Benjamin Chow's New Appointment by the Premier

Mr Benjamin Chow AO, Councillor of ACCA, has been appointed by the Premier of NSW as the Deputy Chairman of the NSW Multicultural Business Advisory Panel effective from 13 September 2011. The Panel is charged with strengthening the State’s trade and investment links.
NSW Premier, the Hon Barry O’Farrell MP, said in his media release that “Mr Chow is a highly respected business and community leader with a deep understanding of China and Australia in a business and commercial senses,”
“He is involved in expanding a number of NSW businesses into the Chinese market and is typical of the expertise and capabilities that we have in our local community.
“Mr Chow will be a valuable addition for the Multicultural Business Advisory Panel as it works to promote the State’s cultural diversity as a positioning and trade asset,” Mr O’Farrell said.
ACCA is delighted with the recognition of Mr Chow’s extensive business experience and his deep involvement in the Chinese community. ACCA would like to join the community in congratulating Mr Chow on his new appointment.
