The Chinatown Bi-Lingual Parkinson’s Support Group has been holding monthly workshop at ACCA’s Surry Hills service centre for more than a decade. Coordinator Rosanna Ng and her team work tirelessly in making the Parkinson’s journey easier, whether for those at the beginning or those already on its path.

The Chinatown Bi-Lingual Parkinson’s Support Group, in conjunction with Parkinson’s Awareness Month saw fit to acknowledge ACCA’s proud history of support by presenting ACCA with the ‘Parkinson’s Community Hero’ award. President Tim Feng collected the award on behalf of ACCA from Ms Cassie Morgan, Support Group Coordinator, Parkinson’s NSW. Ms Morgan thanked ACCA for its contribution which makes a positive difference to those on the Parkinson’s journey.

The Board of Directors of ACCA are grateful to Julia Fry, founding president and all the team members of the Chinatown Bi-Lingual Parkinson’s Support Group, for using their expertise in exercise and movement to bring fun and enjoyment, to our diverse, bi-lingual community.
