ACCA congratulates General Manager, Councillor Ted Seng, for having been elected Mayor of Randwick by the members of the Randwick City Council on the night of 30 September 2014.

The event was well attended and witnessed by many people, including ACCA directors and Councillor Dr Pun. Ted has been a Randwick City Councillor since 1995 and also previously served as Mayor in 2005 -2006.

Being on Randwick Council for so long must say something about Ted's passion for Council matters, including that of serving the interest of the local community. Ted's election as Mayor of Randwick is an important milestone for the Chinese community.
